Nick Bush brings nearly 40 years experience of business change, strategy, customer service and information technology to bear on clients’ issues.

Recent clients include a major UK bank that Nick has worked with to help them take their customer service to a new level, picking up experience of remediation, restructuring, product development and channel transformation along the way.

 

In addition to his consulting work with Open Chord*, Nick is Head of Delivery at NextTen Innovation Solutions Limited, providing success strategies and solutions for companies that want to become genuinely customer-centric.

Prior to setting up his consulting/contracting business Open Chord* in 2007, Nick worked at BT where he led business improvement projects in BT Retail and was head of strategy in their Customer Service operation. Prior to working at BT he consulted at CSC Index – the originators of business reengineering – for a number of years, working for clients across a range of industries and disciplines.

A passionate advocate of innovation, Nick brings energy and clarity to all types of business problem.

*Nick is a keen but strictly amateur musician, hence the name Open Chord.
